As a Partner / Business owner or Employee in the UAE, you can now sponsor your Dependents regardless of your job title. To do so, you must meet the minimum salary requirements, provide proof of relationship and dependency, and demonstrate your ability to provide housing and financial support for your Dependents while living in the UAE. If your documents proving relationship and dependency are issued outside the UAE, they must be legalized and attested by your home country’s UAE Consulate and subsequently by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

Dependent Visa Requirements
- Sponsor Salary Certificate: From Free Zone Authority or Govt. Sector. Or Sponsor Approved Labour Contract from Ministry of Labour (if Sponsor works in mainland companies).
- Minimum Salary Requirement (Sponsor): For male sponsors: AED 4,000 or AED 3,000 with accommodation included. For female sponsors: AED 10,000 or AED 8,000 with accommodation included.
- Proof of Relationship: Marriage certificate translated (Attested).
- Proof of Domicile: Tenancy contract / Ejari (rent in arabic) or title deed with at least 1 bedroom. Recent utility bills showing active services.
- Medical tests: Must pass a medical fitness test from a health center approved by the UAE government.
- Sponsor Residence Visa
- Sponsor Emirates ID
- Sponsor Passport. It should be valid for more than 180 days.
- Applicant Passport: Passport from the Dependent. It should be valid for more than 180.
- Applicant National ID Card
- Applicant Photo: White Background Color Photo (Digital).
- Sponsor Salary Certificate: From Free Zone Authority or Govt. Sector. Or Sponsor Approved Labour Contract from Ministry of Labour (if Sponsor works in mainland companies).
- Minimum Salary Requirement (Sponsor): For male sponsors: AED 4,000 or AED 3,000 with accommodation included. For female sponsors: AED 10,000 or AED 8,000 with accommodation included.
- Proof of Relationship: Attested and translated birth certificate. Non-objection certificate from the biological parent for stepchildren, or legal adoption papers for adopted children.
- Proof of Domicile: Tenancy contract / Ejari (rent in arabic) or title deed with at least 1 bedroom. Recent utility bills showing active services.
- Medical Test (for family members over 18): Must pass a medical fitness test from a health center approved by the UAE government.

- Proof of Relationship and Dependency: Sponsor’s birth certificate and additional documents demonstrating the parents’ dependency.
- Proof of Domicile: Tenancy contract / Ejari (rent in arabic) or title deed with at least 2 bedrooms. Recent utility bills showing active services.
- Medical tests: Must pass a medical fitness test from a health center approved by the UAE.
